In July 2006, our lawyer assisted, a major real estate corporation in establishing a joint venture corporation in Xianyang, namely. We assisted our client in drafting and executing documents required to register said joint venture corporation. We are now assisting aforesaid new joint venture corporation in investing in a real estate project in Chang’an.
