Wang Yan

Introduction: Wang Yan (Attorney) was born in China in June of 1979.  Ms. Wang Yan is a leading attorney of Anderson & Anderson and she is an expert in trade law, finance law, contract law, and labor law.  She has extensive experience in dealing with legal matters regarding international trade, corporate, and investment transactions.

Since joining Anderson & Anderson LLP, she has been professionally active in transactions regarding foreign investment, mining, securities, banking and foreign incorporations.

She has provided legal services for many international companies including some of the world’s largest food and textile and real estate companies.

Publications: She has published over ten articles in well-known journals in China since 2005, such as "A Legal Analysis of Anti-takeover Measures", "Regulations on Basic Self-dealing of Directors In Common Law System", and "An Analysis of Non-trade Value of WTO Institution".

Education: Ms. Wang Yan graduated from Nanjing University with bachelor’s degree in law in 2001, and obtained her master degree in law from Warwick University of U.K. in 2004.   In 2008, Ms. Wang Yan received her PHD in law from Renmin University of China.
