Ms. Li Chunlan is a leading Chinese attorney of Anderson & Anderson LLP, and she is an expert in China’s rapidly-changing legal environment for business. A graduate of one of China’s premier law schools, she has been directly involved in the rapidly-growing business field. She has extensive experience in corporate, contract, and real estate.

Since joining Anderson & Anderson LLP, she has been professionally active in transactions regarding foreign investment, foreign contract, and foreign incorporations.

She has been active in providing legal advice to some of the top transshipping companies in the world. She has also advised one of China largest building material suppliers and real estate developers during the building boom that China has been experiencing. She is also involved in the clothing industry with companies in China supplying clothes to overseas clients.
